PDF Tools:
Sign & Convert

Known to existing customers as PDF Editor

Get a document ready to send. Work with its pages, add a signature, or turn a scan into text.

Three everyday document tasks

Included in the update being tested. Availability and supported PDF types depend on the installed version.

Send the pages you need

Select pages, change their order and prepare a separate PDF to share. Keep the original document for reference.

Fill and sign

Add text or a handwritten signature. Supported PDF forms can be filled without turning the whole page into a picture.

Get text from a scan

Use device text recognition or download an optional language pack. Recognition runs on the device; review names, numbers and important details before sending.

Document work on your device

PDF & scan tools
Document processing, recognition and conversion run locally in the rebuilt app.
Optional downloads
Recognition language packs need a connection to download before offline use.
Online features
Store purchases, Apphud subscription checks and enabled notifications use network services.
Your choices
Optional workflow statistics are off by default. Sharing, printing and cloud file providers follow your choices.
Existing customers
Use the same existing iOS listing. Keep the old installation and documents while an update is being tested.

Before you update or send

Export copies of important documents. A handwritten signature is a visual annotation, not a certificate-based digital signature. Editing a digitally signed PDF can invalidate its signature; use a separate copy.

Some protected or advanced PDFs cannot be edited safely. The app may refuse an operation rather than change the original or silently lose content.
