PDF Tools support

Use the same store account that purchased the subscription and the app’s Restore Purchases option while connected. Keep your existing installation and documents. If access is still missing, email your app version and the store’s subscription status, with personal/payment details removed. We cannot restore a purchase from a different store account.

On iPhone or iPad, open Settings, your Apple Account, then Subscriptions, and select the subscription. Use the purchasing store’s controls to manage it. Removing the app does not cancel a subscription. The store shows the renewal and paid-access dates.

Export important files before uninstalling, resetting or changing devices. Local exports do not include the folder catalogue, PIN or app profile. Android’s rebuilt-app backup policy does not automatically transfer the library; store purchase restoration is a separate step. Ask support before changing an old installation if you need help with an update.

The rebuilt update processes PDF, scan, OCR and conversion tasks locally. Download an optional recognition language pack first, or use Device OCR where supported. Cloud file imports, model downloads, purchases/restoration and subscription refresh can need a connection.

Keep the original and tell us the operation, page number and whether the PDF is protected, rotated, a form or digitally signed. Some advanced/protected PDFs are refused to avoid losing content. Check text, layout and important numbers in the saved result using another viewer before sending it.

Preview placement, save a separate copy and reopen it before sharing. A drawn signature is a visual annotation, not a certificate-based signature. OCR can make mistakes; review dates, names and numbers. Tell support the selected OCR engine/language and your app version.
